REGISTRATION & WARRANTY CONDITIONS GERBING PRODUCTS
Congratulations on the purchase of your Gerbing product. We have made it with great care. Our goal is
that you will spend many years more safely in cold conditions.
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your product, it is covered by our Gerbing
Warranty. The guarantee is valid from the moment of purchase, but only upon presentation of the
original receipt or invoice and registration of the purchase. This can be done via: https://gerbing.eu/en/register/
We offer a two-year warranty on the entire heating product including accessories such as batteries and
chargers. The first six months of this warranty you have full warranty, unless the defect is caused by
incorrect or improper use, or by a (unilateral) accident. The next 18 months are covered by our warranty
if the defect is a manufacturing one.
The internal MicrowirePRO® heating elements (located after the control button) are covered by
Gerbing’s full warranty for the life of the pair of gloves or (clothing) product.

Directions for returning items under warranty in the UK
1. Before sending in product, make sure that it falls under warranty.
2. Any clothing product sent back for repairs must be WASHED or it may be returned at customer’s expense.
3. When completing Return/Exchange form, be sure to provide a phone number.
4. Allow 2-4 weeks for repairs to be returned.
5. Include a copy of original receipt with package.
